Privacy policy

ImgKick stores your account email, Google identity identifier, hashed sessions, prompts, references, outputs, favorites and task records to operate your workspace. Google provides sign-in, including an optional One Tap prompt. Its sign-in library connects to Google on signed-out pages. We store your Google profile-photo URL and load your photo from Google for account display. You can dismiss One Tap or use the regular login link. PayPal handles payment; ImgKick stores minimum purchase records and webhook hashes, not card details or raw webhook bodies. APIMODELS processes image and video requests; reference images are shared through link-accessible provider URLs retained for up to seven days. On the optional Sol image workflow, your typed idea is sent through APIMODELS to GPT-6 Sol for text refinement when that service is configured; a hash of the normalized idea and the rewritten instruction can be reused for 24 hours; expired cache entries are removed on a later request or server start. If refinement is unavailable, your original idea is used for the image request. Processing and hosting may take place outside your country. We retain workspace content while your account is active. When the image provider rejects a request for safety reasons, its uploaded reference images are blocked immediately and queued for permanent deletion from active storage, even if the rejection may relate to the prompt. Technical failures do not trigger this cleanup. Uploads never referenced by a generation task are deleted after 24 hours. Reused uploads are removed across referencing tasks; successful generated outputs are not removed by this process. Removing an image hides it immediately; physical files may remain for existing task references. Request permanent content or account deletion at support@imgkick.com; we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to necessary payment/legal records. Encrypted backups retain seven verified snapshots. Rejected references and expired unused uploads are also removed from retained backups by scheduled cleanup. Brief delays may occur during transfer failures; failed cleanup is retried and monitored. Minimum transaction records remain as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Essential session cookies support sign-in and guest trials. We store a hashed network identifier with guest trial records to limit repeated free requests; network-based trial restrictions last 30 days. Optional first-party usage measurement runs only after you allow it. It records page paths, referring domains, campaign labels and workflow steps under a random tab-session identifier, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It does not collect prompts, images, emails, IP addresses or full referring URLs. Measurement events expire after 90 days through cleanup on new events. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed using Usage privacy in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. No third-party advertising analytics is installed.
