Google provides sign-in. PayPal handles payment; ImgKick stores minimum purchase records and webhook hashes, not card details or raw webhook bodies. APIMODELS processes image requests; reference images are shared through link-accessible provider URLs retained for up to seven days. Processing and hosting may take place outside your country. We retain workspace content while your account is active. Removing an image hides it immediately; physical files may remain for existing task references. Request permanent content or account deletion at support@imgkick.com; we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to necessary payment/legal records. Encrypted backups rotate after seven successful daily backups and may temporarily retain deleted data. Minimum transaction records remain as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Essential session cookies support sign-in and guest trials. We store a hashed network identifier with guest trial records to limit repeated free requests; network-based trial restrictions last 30 days. No advertising analytics is currently installed.
