IMGKICK POLICY

Terms of service

Please read this page before creating, editing, purchasing or using the ImgKick workspace.

Google sign-in is required. New accounts receive 12 credits at sign-up and can claim 4, 12, 4, 4, 4 and 20 more at least 24 hours apart: 60 total, once per account, with no recurring daily or monthly grants. Existing balances are retained; accounts that received the previous welcome offer cannot claim the new program. A first verified purchase or subscription payment earns 100 bonus credits once per account across payment methods. Previous purchasers are not eligible. Purchase bonuses support all qualities, follow the credit pack or subscription batch expiry, and are revoked with refunds, reversals or disputes. Welcome rewards support Low quality only and free generation is subject to shared daily and monthly capacity. Earlier credits retain their original quality access; purchased credits support every available quality. Welcome rewards are promotional; one-time packs offer 500 credits for US$5, 1300 for US$12, or 2800 for US$25, without expiry or automatic renewal. Where available, Starter, Pro and Studio subscriptions renew monthly or yearly at the price confirmed at checkout. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and deliver credits monthly for the paid year. Each subscription credit batch expires 60 days after issue. Cancellation stops renewal, not already-paid annual grants. Image quality costs 4–70 credits for the current Flare workflow, as shown before generation. Additional image and video models use purchased credits, including eligible first-purchase bonuses, at the model, resolution, duration and reference price shown before submission. Welcome and earlier free credits remain limited to the original Flare workflow. Credits are reserved on submission and spent when an output is saved. Confirmed failures return credits except for the repeat adult-content rejection policy below; uncertain provider results remain reserved for review. Service and daily capacity limits apply. You must have rights to uploaded content and use the service lawfully. Do not upload unlawful or exploitative material, or content that infringes another person's rights. AI results may be inaccurate, non-unique or contain protected material; ImgKick does not warrant copyright ownership or third-party clearance. Refunds, reversals and disputes may revoke related credits and service access. Statutory rights take priority. Contact support@imgkick.com for assistance. Acceptable use and content safety. ImgKick does not allow prompts, uploads or outputs involving pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or other NSFW content; graphic violence or gore, or content that glorifies or encourages severe physical harm; hate speech, harassment or attacks against protected groups; child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child-unsafe or exploitative content; deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud or non-consensual use of a real person's likeness; or material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. Prompts and uploaded references are screened by the image-model provider, and ImgKick reviews provider safety results and reports sent to support@imgkick.com. Repeated safety rejections may temporarily pause new generation requests: three within 30 minutes trigger a 30-minute pause, and six within 24 hours trigger a 24-hour pause. Attempts blocked during the pause do not charge credits. A prohibited request may be blocked without an image, an accessible output may be removed, and serious or repeated violations may lead to generation or account restrictions or termination. Where required by law, relevant records may be retained and reports may be made to the appropriate authorities. To report suspected abuse, email support@imgkick.com with the relevant task or asset identifier, the reason for the report and any supporting context; do not send passwords or payment-card details. To appeal a moderation or enforcement decision, email the same address with the account email and task identifier. Adult-content requests are not allowed. The first two confirmed adult-content rejections per account return reserved credits. From the third rejection, the quoted generation credits are charged even though no image is produced. Other safety rejections and technical failures return reserved credits. This rule applies only to requests submitted after this policy took effect. Contact support@imgkick.com if you believe a charge was incorrect.
